We appreciate your willingness to participate in the testing phase of this valuable workplace dynamics tool.
This assessment includes questions that are designed to measure your preferences and tendencies. On the following pages you will find four demographic questions followed by 60 assessment items that will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
When selecting your response options to each statement it is important for you to keep in mind that there are no “right” or “wrong” answers, no “good” or “bad” choices. Please answer openly and honestly by indicating how you actually are and not how you would like to be.
After you have completed all the items, please be sure to submit your responses. You will then be shown a page with a button for downloading your PDF report. Please be aware that this assessment is currently in development as we collect response data to finalize the validity of the report.
